Purchasers of products through this web site understand and acknowledge that MatchingRx is not an accredited pharmacy and does not directly supply pharmaceuticals. MatchingRx’s role is to identify accredited pharmacies worldwide and pass orders on to them. Products are therefore dispatched and paid for under the Prescribing Pharmacist Agreement outlined below.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check local regulations and to order prescription medicines only after a prescription has been received following a consultation with an accredited physician.

The purchaser agrees not to resell or supply products purchased through this web site to other individuals or organizations.

The purchaser vouches that he/she is old enough to legally purchase pharmaceuticals in his/her country, state or province and is at least 21 years of age.

The purchaser accepts full liability for the use of the service provided by MatchingRx and products provided by its suppliers.

The purchaser vouches that he/she will not take any legal action against MatchingRx, it’s parent company, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders or any of its suppliers who are providing this service in good faith. This includes any entrapment procedures initiated by private individuals, organizations or government agencies.

Any information or advice found on this web site and available though the links on this web site is provided for information only and does not replace advice from a physician. MatchingRx does not give any warranty regarding its accuracy, completeness or appropriateness for individual users of the products listed on this web site.

Because of the nature of pharmaceutical products, order cancellations cannot and will not be accepted after goods have been dispatched and/or payment has been processed. However if a pharmaceutical product becomes unavailable due to any reason, you money will quickly refunded and you will be informed by email.

Confirming and abiding by each county’s importation requirements is the responsibility of the purchaser. The supplier is therefore not liable for replacement or refund of products that may be confiscated by customs or the payment of any taxes due on products ordered. Neither MatchingRx nor the prescribing pharmacy will check whether the products ordered through this web site are prescription products in the country where the order originates.

If products are returned to the supplier by customs in an undamaged condition the purchaser will be entitled to an immediate refund.

The supplier is not responsible for any delivery that is lost as a result of incorrect shipping information being provided by the purchaser. If goods are returned after initially being delivered to an incorrect address, they will be resent and the cost of the redelivery will be charged to the purchaser.

The supplier is not responsible for delays, losses or damage in transit caused by the postal service.

If an incorrect order is sent or a delivery error is made because of a supplier error, the correct products will be sent at no additional cost to the purchaser. The incorrect order must however be returned to the supplier or the cost of these products will also be charged to the purchaser.

I agree to allow the prescribing pharmacist to contact my physician(s) to discuss any medical conditions I may have relating to the drug(s) I have ordered. I understand that the reason for this consent is to provide the prescribing pharmacist with a full opportunity to conduct an independent analysis of whether the drug(s) prescribed by my U.S. physician are appropriate and to discuss any potential medical complications that may arise. I further understand that my medical information will not be used for any other reason and will be kept in strict confidence.
